ADVERTISEMENT POLICY


Announcement of forthcoming events, conferences, and workshops are free of charge. There is a fixed fee of $200 to place any other advertisement. The fixed fee of $200 allows for a one-page advertisement in black and white for one issue. The rate for any advertisement is set at $200, whether the ad is 1/4 page, 1/2 page, or one full-page. The advertisement may be sent by fax to (847) 491-3915 or by e-mail (MSWord, PDF or plain text) to mechanics@soemail.rutgers.edu Logo of the institution may be included if the proper graphic file is provided.

Mechanics is a bi-monthly newsletter. To be considered for publication in forthcoming issues, an advertisement must be received one month in advance of the requested date of appearance. For example, an advertisement must be received before the end of January to appear in the March-April issue. Please note that the newsletter is distributed at the beginning of the two month period.
